When are YOU coming out to experience our 360 Monthly Women’s Session?  We did things a little differently at our July 2010 Women’s Session. A combination of a “mastermind” and “group coaching,” participants at our “Open Forum” posed questions and issues including: 

1. How does a professional woman transition back into the workforce after being a single mother for the past four years?  
2. The power of diversifying our sphere of influence to expand our perspective on life and business. 
3. Should a civil employee, with a burning desire to pursue her passion, leave her government job after nearly four decades of service… or work three more years until retirement?  
4. The importance of raising our standard to operate from a level of excellence.  
5. How does a young professional woman build her faith and leave the comfort zone of her job and family to attend graduate school out of state with no car and no money?

It is amazing how powerful open dialogue can be in a room full of God-inspired, intelligent, loving women of different ages, backgrounds and experiences. We all received insightful feedback and recommendations. Women shared their passions and business owners shared their services and products; powerful networking took place.

Also, we discussed the vision and position of 360 Degree Woman, Inc., and the importance of investing in self by giving to others. One of the participants challenged everyone to donate money to continue our expansion of the 360 Circle.

Over the next several weeks, we will blog about questions/issues posed at our Open Forum. I will also share the new direction of 360 Degree Woman, Inc., as we revision and reposition this organization. So, stay tuned…
