Who We Are
360 Degree Woman, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that helps women transform their lives in seven areas – spiritual, mental, emotional, relational, physical, financial and professional. We impact women's lives through workshops, seminars and webinars, radio and community-access television, and other media and technology platforms. It is our belief that a woman who transforms all areas of her life will live a more honest and balanced life. Living true to herself, she will have a greater impact on her family, community, country and world.
360 currently reaches women ages 25-65 – professionals, stay-at-home moms, entrepreneurs and any woman wanting to pursue her passion. Our exceptional programs have been recognized by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) and the District of Columbia; we were the recipient of a 2008 SBA Small Business Award and a participant in the District of Columbia's Office of Partnerships & Grant Services' Strengthening Partners Initiative.
360 Degree Woman, Inc. is on a mission to assist all women who desire to heal, grow and transform into the fullness and abundance God desires for our lives. We penetrate issues with transparency, depth and passion like no other women's organization-which is what makes us unique. Our goal is to genuinely deal with the "secret brokenness" of professional women who are so dynamic and multifaceted that no one sees our pain -- pain that even we sometimes don't see. Why don't we see our own "secret brokenness"? Because we are pressured to "keep it moving"... and because we are so talented at our "superwoman syndrome." We juggle our responsibilities with grace and style... taking good care of everything and everyone... but often neglecting to take care of ourselves.
