About the Founder

Tanya Morrison is a born entrepreneur. Over 20 years, she has owned and operated several successful businesses, including a personal shopping service, a consulting firm for small business enterprises and tax-exempt organizations and a multi-million dollar real estate investment company. Yet, her greatest passion is encouraging, inspiring and equipping women to live more fulfilled lives.

An author, international speaker and renowned life coach, Tanya impacts the lives of countless women around the world. In 2007, she laid down her attorney and Realtor hats to become Founder & Visionary Leader of 360 Degree Woman Inc., a 501(c)(3) personal- and professional-development services company. This emerging organization has directly served thousands of women of all ages, races and life stages. Tanya's transparent and powerful presentations, packed full of useful content and quality information, prompt women to take action and make changes to transform their lives. "A woman whose life is transformed can make a greater impact in her family, workplace, community, country and world."

With a heart to serve, combined with years of savvy business experience, Tanya shares tips, strategies and techniques to help women take their personal and professional lives to a higher level. She conducts a popular, free, weekly Monday Night SUCCESS Call, and her live Monthly Women's Sessions encourage, inspire and equip women to live more honest and balanced lives. She is passionate about increasing awareness and understanding of the importance of women-owned businesses and the overall contribution of small businesses to the United States and global economies. Tanya was the 2008 recipient of the U.S. Small Business Administration's Washington Metropolitan Area District Office's Small Business Journalist of the Year Award.

With a Bachelors of Science from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, a Juris Doctorate from Howard University in Washington, D.C., an international law studies certificate from the University of Nairobi in Kenya, East Africa, and other continuing education certifications for entrepreneurship, law and real estate, Tanya believes that her life experiences and world travels are what molded her into the courageous and fearless entrepreneur she is today.

Tanya resides in the Washington Metropolitan Area with her husband Fabian, and enjoys reading, traveling the world, spending time with family and playing with her dog Neko.
